  • 30 single leg raises (per leg)
  • 20 inner thigh pulses (per leg)
  • 50 reverse crunches
  • 20 knee push-ups

Part 2 - The 50-30 Workout

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 30 crunches
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 30 lunges
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 30 squats
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 30 knee push-ups
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 30-second plank

Part 3 - Back Workout

  • 20 bird-dogs
  • 30 supermans
  • 15 short bridges

Part 4 - 100 Workout

  • 100 jumping jacks
  • 90 crunches
  • 80 squats
  • 70 leg lifts (45 per leg)
  • 60 jumping jacks
  • 50 crunches
  • 40 squats
  • 30 leg lifts
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 10 minute ‘flump’ session (a.k.a. slob out on the sofa drinking a glass of chocolate milk watching Kerrang! TV and laughing at Patrick Stump’s sideburns)

I’m doing this every day this summer - 10 weeks for me! I’ve been doing downtownn’s The Starter’s Workout for about a month now but this is a serious workout. It takes a lot and I’m a seriously unfit person, so this should make me fit by the end of the summer. I always make sure I have water with me and if I need to take a minute’s rest or so between sets of exercises then I will as I have no intention of overdoing it; the same goes for if I feel I can’t do it any longer and I’m feeling a little faint - I’ll stop until I feel better or I’ll stop totally. I’m 5’10” and currently 10st and a UK dress size 8/10. I do this every day for four days and on the fifth day I just do one part, but not the 100 workout as that’s a workout on its own.

Day 15: Rest Day
Day 16: 10 Lunges, 1 Hour Jog
Day 17: 30 Sit-ups, 50 Reverse Crunches, 10 Lunges
Day 18: 10 Lunges, 40 Minute Jog, 30 Crunches
Day 19: Rest Day
Day 20: 50 Reverse Crunches, 40 Toe-touches, 20 Lunges, 20 Minute Jog

With the influence of Deme and Downtownn I have decided to start living an active, healthier life style. 

I finally feel strong and confidant enough to have a regular work out routine. A few months ago I wouldn’t have been able to follow Deme’s fitness blog or Downtownn due to strong triggers, but not no mo’
