Water is my bestie because it is always be there for me no matter what. My body is needed hydrated💦. You need to make sure that you are hydrate enough. Some people HATE water because it is boring and plain tasting. Come on my people!

My favorite detox is fresh lemon🍋, apple cider vinegar, pinch cinnamon and raw honey🍯(sometimes). It was really pleasure tasting. Yummy.

Turkey Breast Salad
🍅Half Roma tomato and chopped.
1 can of turkey breast tuna
1 sliced and chopped onion
1-2 sliced green/red bell peppers
1-1.5 tbs earth balance olive oil mayo
Pinch black pepper, cumin, & nutmeg.

All ingredients in a medium bowl and stir together. Then, put it into a fridge.

Enjoy!!!

🎀 don’t upset if you don’t see results, keep going and push yourself until death. You will feel so worth! Do NOT OVERTRAIN, get rest day. Better 3-5 times a week.

🎀 keep in your mind about nutrition. It is NOT EASY , but you can more eat healthy foods. Wipe junk foods off!

🎀 make sure you need to be plenty of sleep for 8-9 hours. I know it is not easy. Do your best.


🎀 cheat meal is OK, however don’t every day. If you do, you will gain weight again.

🎀 treat yourself is such as go to spa, eat healthy bakery or travel and more. Life is too short.
