Note to self

1. Praise your body because of it’s rarity, your’e literally one in billions
2. Leave manipulative people behind, don’t hide behind the label of “friend”
3. Take your medications when you’re supposed to
4. When you overthink situations and are driven into stress, lay down and close your eyes. Your brain is an organ and needs to recharge before you can think in a clear perspective.
5. Work through discomfort and do things you dont necessarily want to do, it will get you far in life

Tomorrow I sign the lease on my new apartment!  This is how I’m planning to lay things out.
