I literally have so many reasons to be happy today: sunshine, sangria, tanning, cute dogs, crazy rain showers, dancing in the rain, and most importantly, these wonderful ladies. I cannot imagine how my experience teaching in a foreign land would be without these amazing women.
Day 7: wheel pose: I have never attempted this pose and I had a very hard time coming into it. I used the ball for stability since I do not have enough arm strength as of yet or flexibility to hold the pose @om_gratitude @thebeautyofyoga @getfityogagirl @laceytcufitchick @_childoftheuniversee @thegivingmom @bethpedote_ashtanga @salila_thuy25

this one was hard. this was the lowest i could go, and i could only hold it for a few seconds, but now that i look at the photos, i think my elbows should have been hugging in for more proper form. oh well, ya learn through practice.
reading. it is wonderful to be able to take a break from your world and enter a new world through books and your mind. i am the kind of person whose mind lives for days in the books i read, and it’s a beautiful thing.
