Day 7: wheel pose: I have never attempted this pose and I had a very hard time coming into it. day 10: low push up

this one was hard. this was the lowest i could go, and i could only hold it for a few seconds, but now that i look at the photos, i think my elbows should have been hugging in for more proper form. oh well, ya learn through practice.

happy thought: 

reading. it is wonderful to be able to take a break from your world and enter a new world through books and your mind. i am the kind of person whose mind lives for days in the books i read, and it’s a beautiful thing.
