# Overnight Oats

- adapted from Katheats - Yields about 3 servings

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats 1 cup milk (any type of milk you want) 1 cup vanilla yogurt (I prefer Greek yogurt)* 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp sweetener (honey, sugar, brown sugar, Stevia, etc.) ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:

The Betty Rocker 12 week transformation challenge

I’ve changed up my eating regimen again. I’m following thebettyrocker 90 day challenge. Day 1 and I’m trying to figure out how I’m going to eat all of the food. I haven’t had that problem before.
