Regardless of how much I workout, eat, lift and rest I will always see this. I’ve always been naturally skinny to the point where I can see my ribs and arms like toothpicks, but since i see progress when I flex now. Yet in the mirror i see another story, I see the little 112 lbs kid I was in high school, i’m currently 140 from working out 6 days a week with a split rest day on Wednesday. The first  and last picture are clear representations of how i feel everyday. Lifting incredibly when I’m, only to come home to the mirror telling another story. The horror of Bigorexia.
