Another original of mine! ♥ The Banana Oat Smoothie! With it’s creamy oat consistency and the delicious taste of sweetness- this is a perfect breakfast blend! Not to mention- super filling, and super healthy!

Original Recipe - Banana Oat Smoothie

  • 1/3 Cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Packets Truvia (Natural Sugar)
  • 2-3 Ice Cubes
  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender or bullet.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Note: I added about 1/2 Tbsp of extra oats on top for a nice look! (:

Strawberry Serenity Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: Four chunks each of cantaloupe and pineapple (about two inches long by one inch wide), five frozen strawberries, two tablespoons of nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt, and 1/4 cup of milk.

Method: Thaw the strawberries in cold water until they’re just a little mushy. Cut the ends off of them if you haven’t already done so. Put the strawberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, yogurt, and milk into a blender. Blend to your desired consistency, top with chia seeds, and enjoy!

Vanilla Peach Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: Five frozen peach slices, one frozen banana, one cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt, and 1/2 cup of milk.

Method: Thaw the frozen fruit in cold water until it’s all just a little mushy. Cut the banana up into smaller pieces so it’ll blend more easily. Put all of the ingredients into a blender, blend to your desired consistency, top with chia seeds and granola, then enjoy!

Vanilla Blueberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: 3/4 cup frozen blueberries, half a frozen banana, two tablespoons nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt, and 2/3 cup milk.

Method: Thaw the blueberries and the banana in cold water until they’re just a little mushy. Cut the banana up into smaller pieces so it’ll blend more easily. Put all of the ingredients into a blender, blend to your desired consistency, top with granola, then enjoy!

Blueberry Breeze Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: One cup frozen blueberries, five frozen strawberries, one whole banana, 1/4 cup (or three tablespoons) of nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt, and 1/3 cup of milk.

Method: Thaw blueberries and strawberries in cold water until they’re just a little mushy. Cut the ends off the strawberries if you haven’t already done so. Break up the banana into three smaller pieces. Put the blueberries, strawberries, banana, yogurt, and milk into a blender. Blend to your desired consistency, top with chia seeds, and enjoy!
