crawfish tail etouffee, carnival corn, roasted brussels sprouts

Possibly the best dish I crafted all last month. Stay tuned for more on this one as I’ll be getting deep into crawfish land soon. The grocers recently decided to step their game up and carry whole crawfish instead of just the tails. THIS COULD BE THE MAGIC. but also gross #crawfishfaces

 

PS roasted brussels sprouts and spicy corn make a great side to all Cajun entrees. #toptip
