Chef Todd Erickson in action with liquid nitrogen on deck!

If you haven’t been to HaVen South Beach, you’re missing out on incredibly unique eats + well-made drinks.

My favorite things on the menu:
- tater tots served with balsamic ketchup & maytag blue cheese
- duck duck quail sliders
- nitro ice cream
- “forbidden” arancini (black rice + gruyere!)
- grilled cheese (served with tomato bisque!)

When I’m there, I keep the feVer cocktails coming - Grey Goose La Poire, fresh lychee, pineapple, and pear prosecco to top it off! So, so good.
