I have a doctor’s appointment on Monday that will most likely end with season-ending surgery being scheduled.
On June 1st, I weighed 205 lbs. I stopped eating carbs that day. No sugar in my coffee. No more bread. No more fast food. No more donuts (that was the hardest part. I pretty much ate a donut every single day before that). I didn’t change anything else except my diet. The only exercise I ever get is my job. I just weighed in at 179 lbs.
The button on my work pants/shorts was holding on for dear life six weeks ago. Now I need to poke another hole in my belt because they’re falling off.
The thing I miss more than anything is mashed potatoes. I would like to eat a bathtub full of them. And I would like some Ben & Jerry’s Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz Buzz (the greatest ice cream ever made).
AFTER 2 WEEKS OF WEANING MYSELF OFF COFFEE I BROKE IT WITH MY CRAZY WORK NIGHT LAST NIGHT WITH AN ENTIRE POT AND I’M ON MY SECOND LARGE CUP OF COFFEE FOR THE MORNING AND I FEEL SO READY TO TAKE ON THE WORLD RRRAAAAAGH PRAISE THE SUUUUUUUN!!!!!!
