  • 8 graham crackers
  • 1 1/2 cups raw almonds that have been toasted and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff/ melted marshmallows
  • 1 (12-ounce) bar dark chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

I’ve no idea why me showing my face on this fabulous place means hiding your boyfriends the pain is getting to my head

So I’ve decided to update you guys on what’s been going on (yes hi hello you better not have forgotten me). I don’t know if you guys even care but here goes!

  1. Promo exams are now 2 weeks away. I cannot even start to tell you how nervous I am. I’m so stressed out I can’t sleep at night.
  2. I recently injured myself (no surprise there) - did something to my tailbone. I saw a therapist last week and nothing happened so I’m seeing her again and then seeing a doctor this weekend.
  3. I have a crush - he’s really really sweet and he’s really really cute and he’s really really well-built. Too good to be true.
  4. After a few months of keeping away from the loom band craze I have submitted to the temptation and made one within the first 15 mins of finding the said bands.
  5. Please talk to me during the next two weeks, any words or anything makes me very happy.

You can contact me at my: TwitterInstagram, Ask fm, Kik (all of them is ‘AngmohgirlAna’) or write on my wall.

Until 4th October you fabulous people have a good time, stay safe and I love you very much! x

A new dress - now that is my kind of motivation!

A new dress – now that is my kind of motivation!

Some of the plans for yesterday changed but my commitment is still there – especially to the new dress/outfit!

I spend an indulgent 20 minutes online while I drank a green tea and found some initial contenders.  (At the moment) here’s the brief:

  • A “daytime” outfit that will take me through autumn and winter
  • It will be versatile enough to wear with shoes or boots
  • Something midi-length
  • Nothing…

guilt free hot choccie

it’s almost and I love hot chocolate.
you love hot chocolate.
here is how to make hot chocolate that you can drink a litre of and not gain any weight.

makes 2 mugs

you will need:
two mugs
a small pot
two teaspoons
unsweetened cacao
xylitol or stevia (stevia tastes funny so use xylitol it tastes like sugar plus it’s good for ur teeth)
vanilla essence
some salt

okie, so, fill a mug with water and pour it in your pot and turn the heat on medium
fill the mug half full with milk (dw if it’s full fat or skim or soy milk or almond milk) and pour that in also
now in the dry mug, mix 10 tsp of xylitol with 6 tsp cacao and a little pinch of salt and mix it up
stir your water and milk and turn the heat up if it’s not hot yet
when it’s hot add a little splash of vanilla essence and the cocoa mix you just made (you brilliant healthy chef you)
and stir and stir until it’s smelling nice and there are no clumps and it’s very hot
then you turn off the hear, pour into mugs and think to yourself “omg this chick is a fuckin genius”
and proceed to make another pot
so, have fun and share this with friends to spread chocolate happiness!
