Chiropsoides quadrigatus

…a small species of ‘box jellyfish’ that is widely distributed throughout the Indo-Pacific, Western Atlantic and likely parts of the Indian Ocean. Like other cubozoans this species has a potent sting which is very painful and can lead to cardiac arrest in humans. In the wild they use that powerful venom to quickly disable and eat fast-swimming fish.
