Day 29 of FreeYogis is Burning. And holding staff pose makes my arms and shoulders burn.

And considering I used to not be able to do any variation of this pose, burning is a good thing. As I became stronger, I had a burning desire to do more. Now, I like to hold this pose as long as possible.

for awhile I was doing well with keeping up with the monthly challenges. I would get frustrated when I missed days and hurry to get through my practice so I could get my photos done. these days I am happy doing what I can when I can. I still practice yoga every day but sometimes there is no time for pictures or the lighting is no good (thanks @angelahoff for the pressure on that one ๐Ÿ˜). so here is which was for some day last week and I’m completely cool with that.
