cariebishop replied to your post “Is the Prince and the rebel peasant a real fic? Please please please tell me yes! And that it’s already written and about a trillion chapters long?”

There’s Once Upon a Thyme where Draco and Hermione time travel back to the Middle Ages. Hermione is a noblewoman while draco’s a peasant.

omg! i totally forgot about that. that’s a dramione oldie :’) I never finished it though lol. Keep in mind there’s a some old school HP fic cliches (should we it call it that?) in it. Like nicknamed canon characters and fem!Blaise.

So i googled cultural appropriation and the defintion that came up was "the adoption of specific elements of one culture by a different cultural group. It describes acculturation or assimilation, but can imply a negative view towards acculturation from a minority culture by a dominant culture." so first off, dax i'm pretty sure employee of the month and hit and run are not cultural offerings and fans quoting lines to you is not cultural appropriation. love yourself a little less.

Logan is a jet jockey? Where is that in the trailer? I didn't see it. And do you think that means he joined the Air Force or just has a pilots license?

Pause it at 0:23 and squint.  With his problems with authority, I’d go with the pilot’s license.

Hey so your fic description sounds like Married To The Mob by Shangri-La( AbsolutelyIris) I'm on my phone so I can do linkage, even if it's not the one you're looking for its a worthwhile fic.

Turns out the one I was thinking of was a slightly off version of Locus Ceruleus by starxd_sparrow (thanks mysilverylining!) but I recognize that one too, and it shares a lot of elements. It’s also so much fun. Check it out if you haven’t already: Married to the Mob.

The " nine years of radio silence and I knew I could count on you " line sounded kind of like sassy!logan to me. The delivery sounded snarky and defensive to me, not vulnerable and open Logan like we've usually get for those kind of confessions. Is that just me and I'm smoking tacos? What do you think?

Honestly? It can go either way here! I can see it being snarky or him just teasing her. If it comes after/before him saying that she’s back with Piz and didn’t mention it (if I recall the line correctly), then it’s definitely snarky.

Oh my god, is it March yet??
