today is the day i begin this journey. again. this time, a different motivation. a different outlook. hope renewed. i am going to do the 4 hour body diet and get in a workout at least 4 days a week when I’m not at the hospital working, or doing classwork. i have a new car in the works, so as soon as that is available, hello gym. i have done the 4hb before and dropped 15lbs. i got side tracked. that was a long time ago, and many lbs ago.
