Here’s my attempt at Avocado Pound Cake! It turned out DELICIOUS and was a big hit with everyone :) Some improvements I might try next time are: adding lemon, and maybe even poppyseed into the loaf; using almond flour instead of regular flour; adding flaxseed; using a natural sweetner like stevia, honey or agave, OR an artificial sweetner for a lower-carb option. But really guys, you should try this out! It makes for a dessert you don’t need to feel guilty about.
