Betteridge’s Law says that “any headline which ends in a question mark can be answered by the word no.” More often than not, these articles are written as link-bait and will postulate on a subject before arriving to no definitive conclusion, essentially wasting your time. Recently, however, the disappearance of Malaysian Airlines Flight 370—as well as the proliferation of awful sites likes Upworthy—have seen an uptick in headlines like these.
