Lunch today after church! I made Zuppa Toscana, an Italian soup with spicy sausage, bacon, potatoes, onion, garlic, kale, cream, and salt. Here’s the recipe: I also made a loaf of garlic bread ( It was quite a hearty soup and a perfect lunch for a rainy and cold day. Ben enjoyed it too, so I consider it a success! Glad we have leftovers for the week!
