Lunch today after church! I made Zuppa Toscana, an Italian soup with spicy sausage, bacon, potatoes, onion, garlic, kale, cream, and salt. Here’s the recipe: http://www.myrecipes.com/m/recipe/ugc/u-zuppa-toscana-better-than-olive-garden/. I also made a loaf of garlic bread (http://www.frugallivingnw.com/amazing-no-knead-bread-step-by-step-recipe/). It was quite a hearty soup and a perfect lunch for a rainy and cold day. Ben enjoyed it too, so I consider it a success! Glad we have leftovers for the week!
