So tonight was a random mix of cottage cheese, vanilla extract, raw honey to taste, a dash of Ensure nutritional drink, cinnamon, half a crushed rice cake and 3 cooked egg whites. Pumpkin proteinless chocolate egg whites! Yumm soooo good! (excuse the bad lighting).. They came out super fluffy and delicious! Ingredients: 1/3 cup pumpkin, 5 egg whites, 2 Tbsp oat flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, vanilla extract, butter extract, 1 packet truvia, 1tbsp unsweetened cocoa, and finally topped with pb2. Bed time meal…. Sood good!! I even licked the plate!. 5 egg whites, scoop of low fat cottage cheese, 1 Tbsp spoon of golden flax, and unsweetened cocoa + uns. almond milk. Topped it off with almond nut butter and a little bit of wf chocolate sauce. It was the first time I used the sauce and it’s amazing with the nut flavor and egg white pancake texture. Yum yum yum! So good! Tonight’s bed time meal.. Casein froyo!! I don’t know what the exact measurements are but i used 1 scoop chocolate casein, dark chocolate unsweetened cocoa, unsweetened almond milk, non fat Greek yogurt, a little bit of chocolate almond butter, roasted pb, pb2, and wf chocolate sauce. Today was a fairly good day. I burned off some major calories at the gym this morning and picked up some dairy and oats at the grocery store. I have to say paleo is not for me. After two Weeks I realized I missed grains and dairy too much. Being able to eat other clean healthy foods is so much better and I like to have a variety in my meals. Look foward to eating brown rice and Greek yogurt again. For those of you who live paleo koodos! I just like grains too much to give them up!
