(had to do something about my mouth because… lol)

Here’s how our conversation went while I was getting the artwork signed:

Me: Hey, I made this for you.

Dumbo: Oh wow, it’s so sick!

Me: That’s why we (friend) printed out a copy for you, too!

———-

and then we got our photo taken @-)

Oh and, I also recorded a video of the choreography he taught us.

Big thanks to my friend! if not for her, I wouldn’t have had the chance to attend Dumbo’s workshop!

BIG BROTHER 16

Okay! I’m a big BB fan, so I’m gonna start blogging about this season!

First of all, loving the 2 HOH thing. It actually really shakes up the house and makes it so much more interesting.

Group 1- I don’t know how long that alliance will last (Crazy Eights), or even El Quattro. With the new guys in, they will drift off. I feel like Frankie is a very strong player. He’s social, he’s physical and he knows the game. Probably the strongest player right now. Donny is one of the funniest players so far, loving the random quotes.

Group 2- Kevin? (I think) is playing too fast and too soon. Acting like he doesn’t care about these people, so is he becoming the next Dr. Will or Dan? The minister lady is very annoying. Caleb looks like Tom from BB Canada 1st season.

So it seems like it’s going to be a twisted summer just like Julie promises

Cheap Wine, Plastic Chairs: Gary Shteyngart & Jonathan Safran Foer at the New Yorker Festival

A weekly series that celebrates everyone’s favorite part of the author reading: the Q&A. The same clangers are always asked (“What was your inspiration?”), but a good writer can provide the most generic question with a stimulating answer. This week, Gary Shteyngart and Jonathan Safran Foer discuss handing down their mother tongue to their children.

Big Brother!

Hey guys! I made a big brother blog, so if you like the show then you should go follow it.

Note* it has spoilers on it so if you want to wait to find things out until the episode airs then you should probably watch out for that.

Okay so you can tell I was bored when I did this but setting up the light and dressing up was fun haha my mom took these photos and there’s actually more but these are all i’m going to post.

I got the concept from EXO:

You see, my Korean roots were tingling and I really wanted to do the concept haha it’s fun so yeah there goes my boredom. I also had crazy info under them but I decided to crop that out because L O L

Most memorable birthday ever

Okay well, first of all, it’s the very first time it ever rained on my birthday. I was actually expecting it to be a sunny day, but I was wrong. Second, everyone I know made it extra special, even if it was the smallest thing. Third, I was just happy. Yknow, happy for everything. Lastly, I got stranded at school with my block mates which was a new experience and well, on the top of the list why this birthday’s memorable hahaha.

didn’t quite understand the dialogues though, so i’ll rewatch it :D thank you again to everyone who made my day! :)

What was it you said about luck?

Went out with some friends to find a place for our shoot this weekend, and I think i’ve found the perfect location. :D Of course, modeled for the shizz.

image

It’s an old clubhouse that is sort of abandoned.

The pool was really really really (repeat 92839782190823948627 times) dirty. I guess it hasn’t been used for agggeeess. Hence, the yellow-green-ish water.

image

I had so much fun earlier! The place was so peaceful and I just love how everything seemed like how I imagined it to be n___n

Ruins of the Lacson Mansion

First day, we went straight to the ruins after getting picked up at the airport for a little tour. I honestly thought that it would be boring but the tour guide was really perky which made the atmosphere more fun than I expected.

image

Such a waste that the mansion got burned but at least the walls and some parts of it are strong enough to last ‘till this day. There’s actually not much to see inside, the dining area and one of the rooms were the only things that’s left, plus the family portraits.

image

image

The outside of the mansion was really beautiful though! Our tour guide took a lot of pictures of me and my friends, even directed some of the photos haha he was really nice.

Begin again

Filming… again for a project. Oh, the perks of being a multimedia artist. It’s something i’d love to do not everyday but occasionally. It’s tiring, but fun.

We’re all starting to learn how to act in front of the camera. Also, I love going to different places to shoot. I mean, it’s sort of an adventure, you know.

Mercato Centrale - Bonifacio High Street

Earlier this afternoon, my sister took us to Mercato Centrale for lunch. I guess these photographs I would share you would give you an idea why I would want to go back there. =p

Everything was cooked with fresh ingredients (except for that dog, okay), it’s really worth every penny! - For me, that is. Hahahaha.

Hello, Cold World

Went to Enchanted Kingdom with my good friends last Saturday (December 17, 2011) even if it was raining.

HOLY SHIT YOU GUYS I FINALLY SAW PARAMORE LAST FRIDAY HUZZAAH!

Okay, I seriously don’t know how to start on this blog because I can’t explain how happy I am that I watched a Paramore show D;; I was lucky enough to get tickets the last minute because if you follow me on Twitter, you’d notice that for 3 days (I think) I was desperately trying to find someone selling tickets, frustrating though because no one was tweeting me back! Well, some people did but after I tweet them back all they’re going to say is “sorry, wala na eh" meeeh but then I finally saw someone selling from a friend’s status on facebook (lol) and yada yada and on the day of the concert a lot of people were tweeting me about tickets I was like "wow yeah, just when I don’t need them anymore thx" (not really).

I regret not risking sneaking my camera in though, ‘cause I would’ve actually done a great job at that.

BUT ANYWAY THE CONCERT WAS GREAT AND I WAITED SO LONG TO SCREAM ALL MY FEELINGS OUT AND SING ALONG TO THEIR SONGS ‘TILL I RAN OUT OF BREATH

I wish I was in the mosh pit though, crowd surfing and all that crazy stuff. NEXT TIME. NEXT. TIME.

I love you, Paramore.

I remember this gift that mom gave me for Christmas when I was still in gradeschool.
We passed by this cute little store full of toys that weren’t the usual ones kids would play with, and I saw this and I remember how long I stared at it because of all the colors and I was just amused with how it’s just simply spinning by itself. I was the kind of the spoiled one as a child, but that time, I didn’t ask mom for it. I was surprised when she got it for me for Christmas, she didn’t only get me one but she bought two! The other one was monochromatic, but it was just as beautiful as this one.

image

Didn’t bother cleaning it because I was just too excited to take photos of it! :p

This is such a late blog post but it’s always better late than never. Alright?

Circuit Fest was friggin’ awesome! The place was awesome, the lineup was awesome, even the weather was awesome! It was fun getting wet in the rain while rocking out to your favorite bands, I swear you guys just need to experience that haha

image

image

Most of the members of the bands who played had jackets or long sleeves on when they came on stage but after one song they take it off because even if it was raining and all it was still hot for them, well, welcome to the Philippines!

image

image

I honestly didn’t think I would get photos from that night because after I went pass the gates the guards said i’d have to keep my camera inside my bad because only digital cameras were allowed but hey, who doesn’t break rules? Also, gotta use em ninja skills!

image

Gooood, rocking out to Mayday Parade was seriously  the most memorable thing for me! Craziest head bangs I did in the history of all concerts i’ve been to! And i’m such a fan boy, yeah. Mayday Parade’s set was one of the craziest that night!

image

image

Yellowcard. was. amazing. hands. down.

image

Everyone just went crazy over Yellowcard, they were the last act that night, so after the show ended my body seriously hurt all over (especially my legs and feet!!!!!!!!) because we were standing for almost 12 hours! Some of us were for 13-14 hours, wow, the things you do for your fandoms.

Circuit Fest was an amazing experience! It’s kinda weird I haven’t gotten the Post-Concert Depression yet, maybe because it was that satisfying of a show! But i’m guessing i’d still have it one of these days. I can’t wait for the next concert! Gaaaaahh~

+ Thank you for putting up such a good show A+ Dropouts, This Century, The Downtown Fiction, Before You Exit, We Are The In Crowd, Allstar Weekend, Mayday Parade, Yellowcard, Mark Salling and the skaters!

++ I still have more photos to share, maybe i’ll post some of them sooner or later.

+++ Thank you, Rudstin for upgrading my ticket! Haha!

I miss school

I sort of actually like it better when i’m at school, cause when i’m at school, I get to focus on things. Things that are more important, and things that actually make sense. Other than that i’d get to be with my friends, I get to laugh my lungs out and even cry because of laughing too much. At home, I tend to over-think on things and make my own nonexistent problems for making things complicated and screw things up because… I don’t know, there’s just…always this one thing that makes me go all pessimistic and stuff and I hate it. It’s like a sickness that attacks me in the middle of the night, I just become so sad for no apparent reason. Sometimes I fight it off by listening to music, most of the time it works but sometimes the feeling just won’t go away.

It’s also really frustrating whenever I can’t figure out how i’ll express myself. I need to get my feelings out too whenever that happens or else i’ll end up crying to my friends over skype and that sucks.

CAT Yesterday

We had this surprise activity. I guess because it was our last meeting for CAT.

We seriously didn’t have any idea that we were gonna get dipped in a really nasty fish pond. :|

image

We were blindfolded, which was really challenging.

image

We went by groups in one line and just followed where they (officers) led us.

image

image

image

image

image

It was so hard to keep balance because our feet sank, like in quicksands. Good thing I had support in front and back. Hahaha.

Cheers to another year!

Me and my college barkada  had our own little Christmas Party with a little bit of twist; We dressed up as another friend whom we picked at random and acted as if we were the person we had picked. Sort of like a cosplay thing. It was really funny to see how much your friends know your every movement and the little habits you have.

We also had a Secret Santa which was exciting and funny because of the code-names we had. ☆*✲゚*。(((´♡‿♡`+)))。*゚✲*☆

Nothing fancy, but it’s always good to spend fun times with the people you treasure. *heart heart*
