Most car companies launch their cars at Motor shows in the same egotistical fashion, worrying more about the metal than the people who drive it. It was time for a change.
The launch of the new Volvo V40 in the competitive hatch back category gave us the opportunity to give people the chance to be truly involved. Real-time interaction through social media allowed the public to be a part of the usually ‘closed doors’ press day. They also got the chance to interact with designers and engineers throughout the day.
