Day 6: What I enjoy most about self harm is finally feeling something. It reminds me that I am in fact, still alive. Most of the time, I am numb. Seeing the blood run down my arm or leg proves to me my heart is still beating. But it also lets me know that I still have emotional feelings as well. And it gives me a sense of release as well. Not in a sexual way, just in a calming way. It lets me forget about all my troubles for at least that short amount of time.
Day 7: Ten activities that calm me down… 1) Writing poetry. 2) Exercising. 3) Drawing. 4) Taking pictures. 5) Horseback riding. 6.) Listening to music. 7) Taking a leisurely walk. 8) Talking to him<3 9) Watching movies. 10) Being with my friends.
