#1 Two eggs, and a cup of yogurt.
#2 A bowl of oatmeal and some raisins.
#3 A bowl of granoal and yogurt with some fresh fruit on the side.
Green tea, or cranberry juice.
A handful of sunflower seads, or nuts, and a peice of large fruit.
#1: A peice of salmon and grilled veggies
#2: A spinach, nut and berry salad.
#3: A large salad with chicken.
#1 A large fruit smoothie.
#2 A fruit/andor veggie bowl.
#1: A salad with lots of veggies.
#2: Grilled salmon/fish and steamed vegetables.
#3: Grilled chicken, with a side salad.
6-8 CUPS of water a DAY!
