(Some things I’ve learned)
-if someone tries to choke you, bring your hands up between their arms and over your head. Your shoulders will break their grip.
Do not put your arms outside theirs. Its useless.
-if someone comes at you overhand to strike, get low. They won’t expect it and it will throw them off balance allowing you to either run or kick that assholes kneecaps backwards.
-if someone grabs you and pulls you, don’t resist. Move with them and put force in the direction they’re pulling you. They won’t expect that either and they will fall backwards 9 times out of ten, especially if they’re untrained. Kick them in the balls or run away.
