Go the fuck away do u think I care if Hugo knew what asexuality was you prick

IT’S STILL APRIL SOMEWHERE FOR A FEW MINUTES I’M SURE?!?
OH this is way overdue! In response to some joking conversations with my Ace/unshipping crew about Enjolras being our patron saint of But Not That Way. This would I’m sure have been better drawn by someone with ANY UNDERSTANDING OF ICONOGRAPHY AT ALL, but that’s not my cultural background! So here, have some eye-searhing flower symbolism (it was way more sedate in Photoshop why?!?) : orange blossoms are for chastity, chrysanthemums are for friendship, as is general orange/gold/yellow coloring in flowers, AND I AM GOING TO GET LUNCH. Thank you everyone who cheered me on to Do Things tonight, I don’t think I would have managed without you!

can we talk about demi-homoromantic asexual enjolras and biromantic asexual grantaire because wow there is so much potential here

(lots of writing and hcs under the cut)

acenjolras replied your post littlewadoo:

Its extremely problematic as well, considering most of them are saying that there can only be the supreme dom/sub in a relationship, and the sub, and typically needy/lesser half is the one that has children, loosely implying that women are lesser.

Oh.
Now i understand why I hate it so much.
Since I’m not a big fan, I didn’t stop and think about all the problematics of it.
See, I hate the whole erasing of complex psychology and emotions in this verse.
Characters in heat like animals…okay, humans are animals, but dom/sub relationships are complex, you can’t just say ‘hey, some people are born like that’
