I was recently inspired to create a low fat (easily overt free) raw vegan adaption of nachos!

  • I cut ice burg lettuce into square chips since it is very crispy
  • added a very small amount of guacamole made with avo, peas, onion, tomato, cilantro
  • put on homemade salsa
  • added 801010 nacho ‘cheese’ sauce from here
  • and put on some chopped peppers, tomatos, and a few fresh peas

My whole family loved them! very fresh and refreshing with the spicy sauce and the lettuce combo
