The box of bananas that I got are finally ripe enough to start tucking into. Bananas for breakfast. Bananas for lunch. Bananas for dinner. I’m going to freeze some to make chilled out smoothies. Fruit is super!
Thought I’d share my salad from Instagram since I’m busy with school. It’s spiralized carrot, zucchini, cucumber with cabbage, mango, tomato, red pepper, snow peas, broccoli sprouts on top of 1 head of romaine.The dressing is mango, cilantro, hot chili, tomato and lime!
It was warm and sunny out today so I decided to pop my box of bananas onto the deck to speed up the ripening process. I should be breaking into these in the next day or two. Bring on banana smoothie breakfasts and lunches!
