Executive Producer

It’s a Henry vs Adam battle of wits!

Executive Producer Matt Miller gives a preview of what to expect in tomorrow’s ‪#‎Forever‬ season finale:

Kate’s niece Meg and her BFF were grabbed and thrown into a van at the end of last week's Criminal Minds, but as we’ll learn on Wednesday’s season finale, this ain’t no simple kidnapping.

“This isn’t some loner who wants to keep girls in a dungeon,” Morgan (Shemar Moore) says in the exclusive preview above. “This feels like trafficking.”

Needless to say, it’ll be all hands on deck for the BAU to find them, but pregnant Kate (Jennifer Love Hewitt) can only do so much: She’s been put on bedrest.

Check out the clip to see what else to expect from what executive producer Erica Messer calls a “crazy freight train of a finale.”

CBS Films has acquired U.S. rights to Comancheria, an action-thriller starring Chris Pine, Ben Foster and Jeff Bridges.

Scottish helmer David Mackenzie will direct the project from a Black List script by Taylor Sheridan. The story centers on two brothers (Pine and Foster) who go on a bank robbery spree in order to save their family’s West Texas farm. Bridges will play a West Texas Ranger who is determined to catch the brothers.

Sidney Kimmel, Peter Berg for Film 44 and Julie Yorn for LBI will produce the film with Carla Hacken and Gigi Pritzker serving as executive producers. Sidney Kimmel Entertainment developed the project with Film 44, and OddLot Entertainment recently joined SKE on the film and will co-produce and co-finance.

“We pride ourselves on making and acquiring quality films in every genre. By that measure, Taylor and David’s category-bending heartland take on Robin Hood made Comancheriasomething of an obsession,” said Scott Shooman, executive vp acquisitions and co-productions, CBS Films. “Add in an extraordinary cast lead by Jeff Bridges, Chris Pine and Ben Foster and smart partners in Sidney Kimmel Entertainment, OddLot Entertainment, Film 44 and LBI, and we know that this will be a film that reminds a wide audience why they love riveting authentic movies.”

Shooman will oversee the project for CBS Films, which will distribute Comancheria in partnership with Lionsgate. WME Global and UTA negotiated the deal on behalf of the filmmakers.

Try not to lose your heads, “Sleepy Hollow” fans — Variety has learned that Orlando Jones (who plays fan-favorite character Frank Irving) will not be returning to the Fox show for its upcoming third season.

Jones isn’t the only one exiting the series after season two — showrunner Mark Goffman departed the supernatural drama ahead of its season three renewal and will be replaced by Clifton Campbell (“The Glades”).

“Sleepy Hollow” was co-created by Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci, Phillip Iscove and Len Wiseman. It stars Tom Mison as Ichabod Crane and Nicole Beharie as Abbie Mills as two unlikely allies who must band together to prevent the apocalypse. Kurtzman, Orci, Wiseman, Campbell and Heather Kadin serve as executive producers for the new season.[X]

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is an American police procedural drama television series, revolving around a fictional team of special agents from the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, which conducts criminal investigations involving the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.

The concept and characters were initially introduced in two episodes of the CBS series JAG (season eight episodes “Ice Queen” and “Meltdown”). The show, a spin-off from JAG, premiered on September 23, 2003, on CBS. To date it has aired for eleven full seasons and has gone into broadcast syndication on USA Network. Donald P. Bellisario is co-creator, along with Don McGill, as well as executive producer. The series is the first member of the Sunny franchise.

anonymous asked:

Has GRRM commented on these changes and what he thinks of them? I mean he is a part of the production team and he must have some sort of involvement in the whole story. Would he agree with the show plot line if he didn't feel that they may actually work??

grrm has never explicitly said that he disapproves of what d&d are doing (at least not that i know of), but he has hinted at it (after a quick look through my tags i found this, this and this post, and he also predicted that book readers will hate season 5.)

and he basically has no say about what they can and can not do with the source material. he sold the rights to hbo, which means they can do whatever they want with it (that’s why so many other authors are hesitant to sell the rights to their works). he is still listed as a consultant and co-executive producer but as far as i understand that’s merely a symbolic gesture so viewers are under the impression that he actually contributes to the show.

he used to write an episode per season for the show but he stopped to focus on the next book. so it’s save to say that grrm is not involved in this season, at least not in any way that would make a difference. he will never come out and openly complain about what they’re doing because he knew what he was getting into when he sold the rights, after all he’s been working in the film industry for a very long time.

Black Ops 3’s protagonist is customizable, including gender. See Ubisoft, it can be done.

For the first time in the franchise’s history, the campaign’s protagonist is fully customizable. In addition to upgrading abilities, changing your character’s appearance and tweaking weapons, players can pick the gender of their Call of Duty hero. “It’s not just a female head on a male body. It’s a different set of animations for the entire game,” Lamia says. Character interaction will even differ based on the protagonist’s gender. “We knew we were going to do fully unique male, fully unique female for all scenes and all the customization that goes for both. Thank God for Blu-ray, right?” Campaign Director and Senior Executive Producer Jason Blundell jokes, adding the game’s protagonist is fully voiced regardless of gender.
