I love this series so much. I guess nowadays, there would be nothing new about it but back when I read them, it rocked my word. Those brothers? Some of them took my breath away. Believe me! They are the real deal! Probably it was them who set this bad ass/bad boy standart that we now read so much. Yes! I know that at the present time, most of us don’t want to see vampires any time soon. But to be honest the vampire thing here, is just a plus and something that take us all in a different kind of word. And IDK you guys, but sometimes I do like to take a break from the contemporary books and go deep in a different word. I was so obsessed with them that I read 7 books in a row, and then I had to stop but now I’m going back to them, because you see, even after a lot of books about vampires that I’ve been reading in these last 5 years I still miss them! They’re highly addictive, and just gives you a powerful rush. Now, my favorite brother? Vishous of couse!
In the darkest corners of the night in Caldwell, New York, a conflict like no other rages. Long divided as a terrifying battleground for the vampires and their enemies, the city is home to a band of brothers born to defend their race: the warrior vampires of the Black Dagger Brotherhood.
“I want my head in between your legs so I can lick you until you scream my name. Then I want to mount you like an animal and look into your eyes as I come inside of you. And after that? I want to take you every way there is. I want to do you from behind. I want to screw you standing up, against the wall. I want you to sit on my hips and ride me until I can’t breathe.”
~Rhage to Mary in Lover Eternal
This scene was so intense, I reread it about 20 times before moving on.
Studies show that if you are afraid of spiders you are more likely to find one in your bedroom. All of a sudden, I’m afraid of Wrath, Rhage, Zsadist, Butch, Vishous, Phury, Tohrment, John, Blay, Qhuinn and Rehvenge.
