Lifting

I probably shouldn’t have lifted yesterday and waited until today because I did heavy deadlifts on Sunday..

Squats: 185 x 2, 195 x 2, 205 x 2

The best part of the day. These weren’t bad and I’m really happy about that

Bench: 110 x 2, 115 x 2, 125 x 0

Lol why does 125 feel like a million pounds when 122 flew a few days ago?

Deadlifts: 295 x 2, 315 x 3, 335 x 0

Blah. I was so worn out. I should have waited. Oh well
