Day 30 Dinner (or Bowlognese)

Bowlognese.  Look, I made a funny.  

Seriously, this officially concludes my 30 Day Paleo Experiment.  I have to say I’m thrilled with the results and I will continue this style of eating for as long as possible (with a cheat day/meal) thrown in here or there.  In fact, I may get some Ben & Jerry’s tonight as a reward… Onward!  

On top of being hilarious and making spaghetti sauce, I also managed to squeeze in a workout today.

Workout 3 (10 reps; 2 sets)

  • Squats
  • Rows
  • Push ups
  • Shoulder press
  • Bicep curl
  • Lunges
  • Overhead press
  • Bench press
Day 25

More adventures eating on the road…breakfast was an omelet with veggies and bacon. For lunch, I ate roast beef over greens (a remodified roast beef wrap, minus the wrapping), and dinner was a turkey burger with sweet potato fries.  The dinner restaurant was nothing special, but I stuck to the plan.  No pictures today…I am self conscious taking pictures of my meals in public.

Day 29 Dinner

Leftover cajun chicken.  It lost some of its heat from yesterday, which wasn’t necessarily a bad thing.  Tomorrow will be the 30th day of my 30daypaleoexperiment.  Pretty cool that I’ve actually achieved a personal goal that I set.  And truth be told, it wasn’t even that difficult, even with a work trip thrown in there.  I think I can carry this along for the foreseeable future. Onward!
