Seriously, this officially concludes my 30 Day Paleo Experiment. I have to say I’m thrilled with the results and I will continue this style of eating for as long as possible (with a cheat day/meal) thrown in here or there. In fact, I may get some Ben & Jerry’s tonight as a reward… Onward!
On top of being hilarious and making spaghetti sauce, I also managed to squeeze in a workout today.

- Shoulder press
- Bicep curl
- Overhead press
- Bench press
