i made some for my first time about 3 weeks ago. took about 14grams and 2 sticks of butter. let it simmer for 30min constantly stirring the greens in with the butter. i made cookies with it! only needed 1 and i was floored.

ughgh i wanna try them so bad but doesnt it smell awful??? im more of a “id rather buy it already made” kinda girl bc i can also probably convince someone else to make them and get one for free lmao

Successful day I’d say๐Ÿ‘Œ Despite getting a late start and an awkward #squat workout because it was the first time in a belt in quite a while!๐Ÿ˜ณ I got some work to do there!๐Ÿ˜’ Hit some awesome #DBbench though!๐Ÿ‘Š Anywhoooo, FINALLY got some @kodiakcakes #kodiakcakes #proteinpacked #pancake mix!๐Ÿ™Œ before they disappeared from the ๐Ÿ”ป#Target๐Ÿ”บ shelves! 14grams of #protein per serving, just add water! Can’t wait to try them!๐Ÿ˜ Also stocked up on the #KashiGoLean cereal!๐Ÿ˜‹ And I would also add that scored some @uweauclaire ๐Ÿ”น๐Ÿ”ธ#UWEC๐Ÿ”ธ๐Ÿ”น apparel that concludes my school shopping!๐Ÿ‘ #usapl #powerlifting #girlswholift #proteincereal #gymflow #eathealthy #gainz #dumbbells #lifting #iifym #macros #foodporn

“Quick & Simple Balsamic Shrimp & Strawberry Salad by @atypicalways

5 raw shrimp
2 sliced strawberries
14grams pecans
1/2tbsp olive oil
1tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2tsp honey
1/8-1/4tsp minced garlic
Salt
Balsamic glaze or balsamic reduction
Bowl of spring mix

Peel and devein the shrimp and rinse in cool water. In a small bowl mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey & minced garlic - set aside. Slice up the strawberries and layer in a bowl with the spring mix and pecans (toasting them is optional). Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Lightly salt the shrimp and once the pan is hot add in the sauce mixture and then the shrimp. Cook each side until it turns pink - be careful because they cook QUICKLY! Add shrimp to premade salad and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
