I wana get my body fat checked again. Since starting my 10 portion craze I feel like I’ve actually lost some body fat on my stomach as my abs are showing much more easily than they have been.
I love fruit and veg so this just makes me super happy that the change I’ve made has had a positive affect on my body.
Sugars from fruit don’t make you fat at all! It’s really just some big dieting fad they feed you. Cause I mean sugar from a artificially sweetened yogurt is so much beneficial than a god damn apple right! 🍎🍏 wrong!!!!!
Going to pick up my outfit for my birthday today, excited as hell! Ekkk eekkk - I need a sugar daddy to buy me all these clothes!

Breakfast:  Peanut Cookie Larabar; strawberries; coffee with coconut creamer

Lunch:  Raw kale salad with yellow carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, and chia seeds in avocado-citrus dressing; rye crispbreads

Snack:  Back to Nature Madagascar Vanilla Wafers; more coffee

Dinner:  Portobello with melted margarine, topped with with steamed chard and quinoa; broccoli and tomatoes; glass of white wine

Dessert:  TJ’s Vanilla Soy Creamy ice cream with chopped mango and a dab of molasses

We go to use line art with a landscape. As far as landscapes go I felt much better about applying lineart after I painted it. It turned out much more expressive that way. I think if I were painting objects however starting with lineart would be preferable.

For the second round of 10 a days I had a much easier time. First of all I love drawing architecture, but more importantly after creeping on everyone else’s drawings last class I was able to get a lot more ideas on different styles. 

But no stippling because no way jose.

I think my favorite is the smile that i made, again, just me playing with the form.

I drew these while laying in a hammock. As relaxing as that sounds I really struggled with thinking of ten different styles to draw in.

Towards the end I started playing with the form. I especially like my classic Mickey take on the fifth one.

Midnight: Canteloupe, honeydew, pineapple, and grapes; Vitamin Water

Breakfast:  Nature Valley PB granola bars; coffee

Lunch:  Spinach salad with roasted brussels, cauliflower, carrot, radishes, and grape tomato in olive oil/red wine vinegar; several chunks of fluffy Italian bread; chamomile tea

Snack:  Kettle potato chips; americano with sugar

Dinner:  Ramen with sesame-chili broth, broccoli, and mushrooms

Breakfast:  Blueberry bran muffin; 2 cups of coffee with mimi creme

Lunch:  Avocado wrap with carrot, celery, shrooms, collards, and grain mustard on whole wheat tortilla; grape tomatoes; orange juice

Snack:  Sweet potato kettle chips; chamomile tea

Supper:  Butternut-tahini mac (made with leftover tahini sauce, frozen squash, and nutritional yeast) over whole wheat shells; steamed broccoli and brussels sprouts with sea salt

Dessert:  I have chocolate for later.  :-)
