I’ve done so so well cutting out carbs...
Now my husband is on Duty(Army crap) this week, meaning that I cannot go to the gym in the morning or ever, because he’s working 0540-6pm, which leaves room for dinner, walk and bath for the little.
On top of it all, it’s dipped back down to just above 0 and windy this week, so Cor and I are kinda sticking to being inside, instead of our hour / 3mile walks.
Good news is, I’ve found a place for my scale. I’m officially 244(not 41 :(), but that’s still 7lb in 1 months, where I’ve actually been lifting a lot. My inches have gone down so thats good
ANYWAYS! The topic of carbs. I went out with a friend…. got bad food….. now I’m wanting to eat evvvvverything!
Also, I’m super fucking stressed because I just want to be fucking pregnant
