i got home from israel less than 12 hours ago. i want to be back right now, but i have to wait 4 more months. i miss seeing every single sign in hebrew, then arabic, then english. there is just something about seeing hebrew everywhere that makes me feel comfortable even though i cant understand it all. i cant wait to be back this summer with 43 other teenagers on poland/israel pilgrimage second departure. even though it is going to be a completely different trip i am so ready for a major change in my life and i am pretty sure pilgrimage will make that change for me. i am so happy i made such great new friends over the past 10 days. chalutzim was my first USY trip and will always have a special place in my heart <3

im gonna stop being so sad all the time about this.

im gonna just start living an awesome, happy, wonderful life, because i fucking deserve to.
i am 19 years old, a freshman in college, these are the best years of my life and when all is said and done i don’t want to look back and regret things or wish id done stuff differently. im gonna go out and do the things i want to do and live my life to the fullest extent, because im young and because i can.
