*Make one Quart

*Gluten Free and Vegan

Ingredients 

2 1/2 soy milk creamer *plain I use Silk* 

1 cup brewed Green tea *make sure your tea is GF before buying*

I cup regular soy or rice milk *plain*

1/2 cup sugar * if you can’t have sugar use honey or agave* 

3 drops of green food coloring *McCormick says they are GF*

Steps 

1. In a large bowl, whisk the soy creamer,tea, soy or rice milk,honey or agave and food coloring together. 
2. Pour mixture into ice cream machine and follow the manufacturers instructions. Or go old school with Kick the can *follow recipe above not the one with this link* 
3. Store in air tight container for up to 1 month in the freezer. 

Please remember that this recipe has not additives or preservative since most of that stuff contains gluten it probably won’t last a month. We had some last summer and since the whole family ate it we didn’t need to worry about that step.
