    crazy problems, crazy solutions

    After a long break - 2 days - I started working, aiming to finish my first chapter. 

    BUT i’m not feeling confident: if I have to write the end of my first chapter according to the changes the 2nd chapter will be going under - important changes that ultimately affect what I’ll be showing in the Case Studies chapter - than:

    I’ll revise all the info I actually have about my case studies. I’ll read, underline and export all the important info I have about each one of them, into Word, by topics. THEN, based on those topics, I’ll see what I’ll be “theorizing” about on the second chapter.

    So this means I’ll be working, at least for now, in a reverse order.

    I won’t be writing anything I can print and call “done”, but I really hope that ‘knowing’ exactly what I’ll be talking about in the end, gives me clarity enough to plan and write my second chapter (and the end of the first one too), without any major doubts about the actual content.

    K, this is insane. Feels like it isn’t productive at all. But I’m feeling stuck and I can’t be.  Let’s work.

    Hi. I just want to reply your post about Starving. You said: When you starve, you lose muscle mass, and icrease your fat mass... One of the characterystics of anorexia is that you lose your period. And guess why? BECAUSE YOUR BODY FAT PERCENTAGE IS TOO LOW. Just saying.

    really? i can’t believe i’d ever make that great of an error… i’d truly appreciate it if you could link me to this mistake. 

    perhaps you misunderstood?

    i’m sure i’ve iterated on numerous occasions the dangers of anorexia and how muscle deteriorates through starvation (after the body has used up all of its fat storage). i’d say i have a good grasp of how amenorrhea is due to low body fat… #justsayin

    but many thanks, i hope you’re able to provide me with the proof because honestly, if i did say that, i’d be pretty embarrassed… haha :)

    • fitblrs: Here is my dinner its a vegetable frittata with cashew butter, dragon fruit, sweet potato "fries" I made from scratch with a pinch of oregano and a green smoothie made with kale, spinach and 100+ other green vegetables.
    • Me: Should I make my oatmeal with milk or with water.
