Totally disagree. I eat healthy every fucking day but I don’t lose shit. why? it’s a little thing called hypothyroid disease. Then when I get all frustrated and try to “suck it the fuck up” I go running, but I can’t. Why? A little thing called a heart problem that makes me almost pass out. Not every overweight person is overweight from eating unhealthy. That’s just a fact.
