Curry Quinoa Wrap
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Carrot
- 1/4 cup Quinoa
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 2 leaves Romaine
- 2 Whole wheat tortillas
- Cook the quinoa according to directions on box, mix in curry powder.
- Chop the avocado and romaine, and shred the carrot.
- Split the ingredients between the 2 wraps. Fold and enjoy :)
