            i just needed toning advice

            Alright I need to dispel this myth. There is no “toning” you can’t “target” fat in specific places. You burn it off or you put it on. If you could target a lot more girls would be walking around with huge tits and asses but skinny waists. If you are trying to burn fat you need to be eating a clean healthy diet. 3 full meals a day each one consisting of 1/2 veggies 1/4 meat and 1/4 carb. on top of that you need a minimum of 15-30mins of sustained cardio a day, whether it is running it biking, get that heart rate up and keep it up. On top of that you will weight train 3 times a week. Each workout will consist of the same thing
            1. 1 set pull ups till failure
            2. 1 set push ups till failure
            3. 1 set dips till failure
            4. 4x10 squats
            5. 3x10 bench
            6. 3x10 dead lift
            7. 3x10 lat pull downs

            Now here is my challenge to you. Now that I have taken time out to actually put this together for you, even though I directed you to the best resource on the planet, twice; are you actually going to do it?

            Are you going to keep yourself honest and push yourself to complete goals, force your body to the limit to achieve what you want? Keep track of yourself and in check.

            I really hope you don’t waste my time and actually use this information.

            What is sad is if you don’t have the motivation to look it up on your own or come to me with a more specific question other than (I want to get rid if fat), I am doubting you have the drive to actually accomplish any of this. Prove me wrong. Keep a food diary and weekly pictures. Get out there and kick ass, or just wake up 12 weeks from now looking exactly the same.
