If you had the chance to redesign the iconic hundred dollar bill, with no limitations, what would it look like? Make Your Franklin, an online community art project, challenges participents to re-imagine the bill using a high resolution image they provide. As you can see from these initial results, the designs range from clean euro-esq to dark Darth Vader inspiration.

I knew about Matej Jan (a.k.a. Retronator) when he released his first iPhone game, Monkey Labour. Since I am an enthusiastic for Game & Watch handhelds and the game was really good I wrote a few words about it here.
Now I have in my hands one of his latest works: this Tribute Pixel Art Poster. An absolutely amazing pixelated homage to retro-gaming, full of details and printed with vivid colors over canvas. The kind of stuff that your wall needs, retro-gamer fellows.

GOT MOVIE?
Seen the movie Shame.
Review: disappointed.
Good direction, good photography, good score, and good acting for a sad unfinished “story” of a man with a not so good lifestyle.
More than story is a 100min very slow view into the life of the main character, with a not clear begiining and the same thing with the end.
Movies can be slow and emotional and deep but for me the story comes first, the style you want to tell that story the second (Valhalla Rising and Drive are good examples of what I mean).
Good posters though.
