May 14th 2012: right now I’m about 141lbs. Goes up and down 1 or 2lbs quite frequently depending on how much water i drink.
By May 30th: I want to be 138 lbs. That’s only like 1.5 lbs a week. Totally doable, right?
By June 15th: 135 lbs.
By June 30th: 131 lbs.
By July 15: 128 lbs.
AND my LAST goal is July 30th: 125 lbs. My UGW. Right before I move half way across the country and start my new life.
I can do this, right guys? Tell me I can do it.
I fully expect people to message me once in a while and yell at me for not exercising. Really guys, I need the motivation!
Also, add me to myfitnesspal (username “egbell”) and kick my ass everytime you see me posting unhealthy foods or if I go too long without exercise!
Pretty please with low fat whipped cream and fresh fruit on top? :)
