18 hilly and windy miles done at Forest Park on the bike. Beautiful day in the neighborhood.
Now to mow the lawn and head to Crossfit.

Last year marked the 53rd and final year of The Cathedral School in Little Rock. I am proud to say that my oldest kiddo was a member of the ground breaking and talented Cathedral School Choristers, under the direction of Tim Allen. This past fall, their beautiful voices were recorded and are now available for download.
This makes my heart happy!

Pinto, Black, and Red Bean Salad with Grilled Corn and Avocado
Here’s my dish I’m bringing to the potluck tomorrow. I’m super excited about this because it’s my first time making it, and it’s delicious! All that needs to be added is the avocado, and I will add that in the morning before I leave for work. Yummmmmm.
