I want to be a travel agent.
I know a girl who is one and who referred someone else to the job and they got it, so she is going to refer me. I’m waiting until next year though because I want to wait until our house is built before I get a new job, just because I don’t want to stress myself out too much. But I’m so excited now, and I’ve done a lot of research. It is literally the perfect job for me in every way.
The pay is a salary plus commission on every single sale you make, the salary itself is the same as what I get now, so I’d be earning more.
You get 5 weeks annual leave

If you win the top sales of your store you get sent on a big holiday all expenses paid for you and another person

Those are all the perks I love but obviously I came to the decision because traveling is my biggest passion, I’m an extremely organized person and every holiday we have been on I have planned everything. I love talking to people about traveling and finding out where other people plan on traveling. It also means that even though we will be paying off our home loan, we will still get to continue traveling because even though we have been to heaps of places, there is plenty more we want to go to.
