    I got this submission yesterday and I feel the need to talk about this.

    Being suicidal should have nothing to do with your appearance or your weight. If you don’t like your body and that’s making you upset it wont ever matter how much weight you lose, you will never be happy with yourself.

    That’s not because you’ll always be fat or ugly or whatever else you’re telling yourself, it’s because you don’t love yourself. You will never be happy until you love yourself. Losing weight isn’t going to make you love yourself. It’s not something that will just happen magically in one day either. You need to work at it.

    Starting off you need to be okay with yourself. I’m not saying you need to love yourself right away, we all know that’s pretty hard. But all I’m saying is try to be okay with it, stop judging yourself, stop judging others. 

    It is possible to go from hating yourself to loving yourself. I would know. This blog is my way of loving myself. I laugh off all these ideas and experiences I’ve had to deal with that used to make me feel bad about myself. Now I just laugh at it and it’s forcing me to accept it.

    I love my body and I’m not skinny, so can you.

    Jumped on the Chocolate Milk train....

    I’m happy to report that I feel like a normal* person again.

    *In my world, normal consists of a semi delusional crazy runner person.

    An impromptu CrossFit WOD (in the dark).

    5 rounds of:
    -20 mountain climbers
    -20 supermans
    -20 lunges
    -20 cross-overs

    30 minutes AMRAP:
    -10 burpees
    -15 squats
    -20 knees-to-chin

    Sweat = broken.

    Dinner. Nomnomnomnomnom!

    Egg, egg white & shredded zucchini omelette with lite cheddar and avocado. 3 pieces crispy bacon, refried pinto beans and 1/2 a delicious grapefruit.

    Seriously. This dinner was flipping fantastic.
