Taking Chances
4 years of being active and it finally came down to one speech in front of my peers. My nerves got the best of me , but in the end I walked away relieved knowing that I tried. If there’s anything I learned in high school it’s to not let fear prevent you from doing what YOU KNOW you can do. Passion will drive you, as well as the support from the people you love and respect.
What’s in store for the future? Whatever it is, I know I’ll have the support of the people that matter to me most. ”Trust in your struggles”. It’s a beautiful struggle (yes I used it because it’s the truth). Whatever life has in store for me next year, BRING IT because I have myself, and amazing people to help me get through it. Everything is a learning experience.
