Waterbirth..
She thought she couldn’t do it, there was no no no no no way…
She wanted an epidural even before she found out she was pregnant…
But in that moment, she found herself choosing an aquadural, and in the pool she went.
Absolute champion, first baby…a beautiful baby girl.
Best of all, today she told me, despite how hard it all was, harder than she ever dreamed possible, she would do it all again.
This work as a midwife is magic. I feel like I am the luckiest duck in the pond.
