    So. I FINALLY GOT MY WISH!

    This morning I was 279.8!

    I’m finally out of the 280s

    Today’s going to be a good day! =]

    I’ll do a more exhaustive update when I reach my second goal weight. By the way, don’t forget about the 30 day - 30 miles - 11 pound challenge. I’ll reblog it sometime this afternoon, but for now it’s right near the top of my page!

    I would love if you guys do it with me. =]

    Goals.

    I need to write out a list of goals (both weight loss and fitness), because I haven’t in ages! Goals for the remainder of 2011 are:

    • Weigh 79kg(174lb) on my birthday Oct 19
    • Run morning 2.3km in under 15 minutes on my birthday Oct 19
    • Fit into size AU14/US10 jeans by Oct 31
    • Weigh 75.5kg(165lb) on Nov 12/13 (weekend I start seasonal work). This would mark 51kg loss + finally being a BMI that’s a healthy weight (24.9)!
    • Upgrade from 1.5kg(3lb) hand weights (to 2 or 2.5kg) by Nov 30
    • Run 5km in less then 30 minutes by Dec 31
    • Weigh 70kg(154lb) by Dec 31
    • Be wearing a size AU12/US8 by Dec 31
    • Log 1000km on Nike+ by Dec 31

    And then I’ll assess how I went come January 2012! I don’t know how realistic some of these weight loss goals are. I won’t know until I try I guess. Here we go.

    Still getting a steady supply of messages. I’ve probably received over 100 since I started posting those pictures. Please, please read my FAQ. I’m getting loads of messages asking what I ate, what was my starting weight (seriously? it’s posted on the picture, AND on my sidebar…), what I eat, what do I do to work out, etc. Nearly all of those questions can be answered in the links above. I feel bad for ignoring those messages, but I will.
