Is Scout getting less grumpy? She looks less grumpy in the recent pictures.

I hate to break the GRUMPYCORG bubble, but Scout is actually not as grumpy as she comes across in her GRUMPYCORG pictures. She’s actually quite the happy puppy, and is also quite the ham herself, more so than Gatsby even. It’s just unfortunate that her brow area makes it look like she’s a devil corg. Her brow area is very expressive and her facial features are not as soft as Gatsby’s, thus giving her a “meaner” look. But she’s actually a total sweetheart. She loves people. Everyone is her best friend. She may not be that affectionate to us (she’s come a LONG way though!), but she loves to give complete strangers kisses. And lots of them.
I mean, sure, she’s wily, sassy, and a real spitfire, especially when it comes to playing with Gatsby. She loves to wrestle and also loves to test our limits by getting herself into trouble. But I attribute these qualities to general puppy antics, and not necessarily grumpiness. I mean, she does grumble from time to time when you pick her up and hold her, but only because she wants to play with her brofur and not cuddle. (I’m pretty sure she loves Gatsby more than she loves us.)
I think Jean Louise is just misunderstood. :)
