I operate an organic beef cattle property in Australia. My images are a combination of my working life, various travels and weather phenomenon. I enjoy using an iphone for snapshots, although the majority of my tumblr images were taken with a dedicated camera, sometimes a 35mm rangefinder and sometimes digital. Other interests include aviation, engineering and mechanics and travelling.

A camera has been in my hands since 1969. I use the medium to express myself through fine art images. I shoot to a concept. I don’t shoot spontaneously – I have a plan whether for experimentation or for a theme. My artistic goal is to produce an image that tells a story. While I don’t classify myself into a defined style, I will adapt methods, styles, and subjects to meet the goals of the story.
