I loove bagels, and I never thought of making my own until my sister-in-law started baking them for her family! What could be better than having fresh, chewy, homemade bagels? They’re easier to make than I expected, and it’s very cheap since the ingredients are so basic. I followed this recipe here. It’s neat because you actually boil the bagels with sugar and salt to give them that chewy texture before baking them in the oven!
